Why work with Steve
Why work with Steve
Min Moo (Steve) Lee is a Registered Massage Therapist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist® whose work connects hands-on care, high-performance coaching, and progressive exercise.
Steve’s background spans national-level powerlifting and high-performance Taekwondo, where he taught and coached national sparring champions and world medalists in World Taekwondo–style sparring. Combined with experience managing fitness teams and educating personal trainers across the GTA, it informs a practical, evidence-informed approach for competitive athletes and active professionals alike.
Every plan begins with what you want to return to, improve, or protect. Treatment and training are selected for a reason, explained clearly, and adjusted according to your response.
Experience in practice
Steve’s approach is shaped by years spent educating coaches, developing athletes, and practising the disciplines he now brings to client care.

As a Certified Dolphin Neurostim Practitioner, Steve has additional education in pain-focused MPS, scar release, auricular approaches, vagus nerve-informed protocols, and post-concussion musculoskeletal support.
Dolphin Neurostim is not used as a cure-all. Steve does not assess, diagnose, clear, or treat concussion. Screening, informed consent, your comfort, and the clinical context determine whether MPS belongs in an in-scope plan.

Steve explains what he is assessing, why an exercise or technique may be useful, what alternatives are available, and how progress will be reviewed. Consent is ongoing, and referral is recommended when a presentation requires assessment or care outside his scope.
Instead of promising a diagnosis or guaranteed outcome, the work stays focused on measurable goals, function, and the next useful step.
