Why work with Steve

Performance insight.
Clinical perspective.

Min Moo (Steve) Lee is a Registered Massage Therapist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist® who works with active adults, athletes, and busy professionals. His approach connects assessment-led hands-on care, progressive exercise, and high-performance coaching around what each person wants to regain or improve.

Steve’s perspective is shaped by experience as an athlete and coach, along with years spent managing fitness teams and training and certifying personal trainers. That background provides practical context, while your goals, preferences, and response guide the plan.

Depending on your goals, you may choose Registered Massage Therapy, Dolphin Neurostim, Strength Training, or a coordinated combination of the three. Steve explains what each option involves and helps you choose the approach that best supports what you want to achieve.

Care should make sense to you.

Steve explains what he is assessing, why an exercise or technique may be useful, what alternatives are available, and how progress will be reviewed. Consent is ongoing, and referral is recommended when a presentation requires assessment or care outside his scope.

Instead of promising a diagnosis or guaranteed outcome, the work stays focused on measurable goals, function, and the next useful step.
